Neither were any of the cask ales available. By day three there was now no houlumi, no battered fish, no hot drinks, no mushroom pie (the veggie option), and no beef lasgane. Hmm! on day two there was still no houlumi, no battered fish and now there was no hot drinks at the bar either. On day one we were told that there was no houlumi, no battered fish. However, something in the management is letting the place down. The staff were good, friendly and working together well. I will say that the service was good, meals were served quickly (on one occasion, before the cutlery had arrived) and the food was hot. The food was what we'd expect, fair-enough food. This one is handy for the Premier Inn at Ower, so we gave it a go and ate there on three nights. We tend to use them for evening meals now and again.

Not sure if id go back but i cannot fault the bar tender and shift leader for their swift and professional reactions More Refund was completed and shift leader wemt to the kitchen so i feel like it was acted upon there and then. I then went to the bar tender, explained what happened and asked for a refund, this was immidiatly approved by the shift leader, amd shift leader offered to go and get them but i declined as kids were exhusted. 10 minutes later i asked again, the table next to us that ordered after us and were still eating their mains when i asked for the puddings for the time got their puddings. When table was cleared i asked for our puddings, nothing.
We then waited about 10 minutes for table to ne cleared.
Food arrived in well under 45 minutes and was lovely. Ordered our food, bar tender was very professional, informed us it will be a 45 minute wait and there was no coke on draught. We stopped here for food on the way out of paultons park.
